What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts. This is primarily a customer support live chat job so you will be mainly answering questions from existing customers on things like returns and re-ordering. Full training is provided, no experience necessary.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $30 per hour (USD)
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Smart Phone/Tablet/Laptop/Desktop).
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
- Must be able to have 5+ hours availability per week.
- Must have a reliable internet connection. (Some of our workers have been known to work from their local coffee shop, or from an internet cafe.)
Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred, but if your language skills in English are good, you can apply from any country).
